Sales Trainee

Execute daily route coverage and support Account Sales Managers during vacations, sickness, or special projects while maintaining customer relationships across large and small format off-premise stores. Service all customers safely and professionally in compliance with Red Bull executional standards, ensuring proper product rotation and brand flow. Obtain daily tools, communicate priorities with ASM/DSM teams, and train with senior managers. Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, displays, new accounts, and merchandising. Conduct in-store audits, blitzes, and display builds to drive sales business. Maintain a valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card; lift up to 25 pounds of inventory. This at-will training role prepares candidates for Account Sales Manager positions, with eligibility to interview for ASM roles upon program completion and certification.
