Job Summary
Sales Trainee supports ASM route coverage and customer relationships for in-store, off-premise accounts; works with management to execute daily plan, train with ASMs, and develop toward an Account Sales Manager role. Key duties include servicing customers professionally, maintaining brand standards and proper rotation, facilitating in-store executions, coordinating with merchandising and operations, and achieving daily KPIs related to sales, distributions, pricing, displays, and new accounts. Training program progression leads to interviews for ASM or other qualified roles upon completion and performance. The role is at-will and located in Noblesville, IN, with in-person work expected.
Required Qualifications
- Valid US Driver’s License
- DOT Medical card
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
