Sales Trainee

Manage Red Bull products in assigned distribution accounts by determining current needs, establishing customer relationships to increase sales, and ensuring proper rotation for fresh product and brand flow. Train with senior Account Sales Managers on their routes, cover routes when needed, and evaluate competitor activities to communicate with the District Sales Manager. Meet monthly key performance indicators focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, and new accounts while maintaining clean equipment and adhering to Red Bull executional standards. This role requires a current driver's license, forklift operations, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Preferred prior experience in consumer packaged goods or retail, plus knowledge of the beverage market.
