Sales Trainee

Sales Trainee is a training role designed to prepare the Trainee for Account Sales Manager. Responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives, providing route coverage for the ASM during vacations or special projects, maintaining customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for large and small format off-premise stores, and delivering service in a safe, productive, and professional manner per Red Bull standards. Training progresses toward interviewing for ASM roles; upon completion and certification, the role may continue up to 12 months with potential extension, with promotion to ASM or another qualified role as opportunities arise. Daily tasks include acquiring tools for the daily plan, communicating priorities to ASMs/DSMs, training with ASMs, in-route and off-route support (covering ASM routes, audits, blitzes, displays, and merchandising), achieving KPIs in sales, distributions, pricing, displays, and new accounts, and maintaining brand flow. Requirements include a valid US driver’s license and DOT medical card, minimum age of 21, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. English is required; additional languages are a plus.
