Sales Trainee

Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for Account Sales Managers during vacations, sickness, or special projects. Maintain customer relationships across large and small format off-premise stores while adhering to Red Bull executional standards. Execute daily plans by obtaining tools, communicating priorities with managers, and training on global in-store execution strategies. Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, displays, new accounts, and merchandising. Build and protect the brand through proper product rotation and set proper brand flow. Perform off-route support including audits, blitzes, and display building. Obtain a valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card; lift up to 25 pounds of inventory. This training role prepares candidates for Account Sales Manager positions, with eligibility to interview upon successful program completion and certification.
