Sales Trainee

Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for Account Sales Managers during vacations, sickness, or special projects. Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format off-premise stores while adhering to Red Bull executional standards. Obtain daily tools to execute plans, communicate priorities with managers, and train with Account Sales Managers. Cover ASM routes to meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising. Conduct off-route support including audits, blitzes, and display building. Participate in a structured training program to prepare for Account Sales Manager roles, with eligibility to interview upon certification. Maintain a valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card.
