Job Summary
Sales Trainee role involving one-year cross-functional rotation across oilseed meal spot sales, production, quality control, and logistics; rotate through sales, operations and management learning about spot sales, futures trading, production processes, quality, market analysis, and contract execution; after rotations, assignment to relevant business teams and regions based on performance and interests. Requires graduates or early-career professionals (1-3 years) with degrees in business-related fields and fluent English; locations include Tianjin, Zhangjiagang (Jiangsu), Dongguan, and Guangzhou Nansha; in-person training with international environment and development opportunities.
