Conduct one-year rotational training across oilseed meal spot sales, production, quality control, and logistics departments. Engage in spot sales, futures trading, production processes, quality management, market analysis, and contract execution to build comprehensive operational experience. Following rotation, report to leadership for placement into a specific business team and region based on performance and aptitude. Participate in targeted mentorship programs with professional guides to accelerate professional capability development.
