Job Summary
Sales Trainee role at Graybar designed to train in electrical distribution sales through formal sessions and hands-on learning. Rotate through sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes while building product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment and developing strong interpersonal and communication skills. Provides structured training and exposure to multiple business areas with potential transition into a sales role; standard hours 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday; compensation in the $23–$25 per hour range with benefits and potential for career development and employee ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to drive and operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license
- 2 or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
