Sales Trainee

Sales Trainee position at Graybar focused on learning the electrical distribution sales process through formal training and hands-on experience. You will rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes, and develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment while building independent and collaborative work habits. Minimum requirements include a 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience, a valid driver's license, and strong interpersonal/communication abilities. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a starting pay around $22.54/hour depending on experience.
