Job Summary
Sales Trainee at Graybar learns the companys sales and distribution process and builds product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment through formal training and hands-on experience. The role rotates through different areas of the business (sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes), with the goal of transitioning into a sales role. Required Qualifications
- 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to drive and operate a motor vehicle
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
