Job Summary
Sales Trainee at Graybar learns the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning. The role exposes trainees to all areas of the business, including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes, with rotations through different areas to build product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment. Must have a valid driver’s license and strong interpersonal/communication skills; a 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent experience is acceptable. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with an emphasis on team-based development and a pathway toward a sales role.
