Job Summary
As a Sales Trainee, you will learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning. Responsibilities include developing product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment, and rotating through sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes. Ideal candidates possess a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and either a 2 or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience. The position offers a starting rate of $23.00 per hour.
