Job Summary
Master Ring Power sales methods and practices through a structured training program designed to educate prospective salespersons in rental and sales fundamentals. Demonstrate competency in all division-specific requirements by passing written exams and direct observation assessments while adhering to the Employee Handbook Code of Ethics. Engage customers in written and verbal conversations to build positive business relationships, utilizing established company procedures, documents, and sales administration tools including funnel management, contract review, and financing. Apply knowledge of organizational structure, product lines, and forecasting methods to achieve rental and sales goals, while maintaining familiarity with shop floor and field service operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess excellent Microsoft Office suite computer user skills
- Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language
- Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be willing to relocate within the state of Florida
- High School Diploma or related equivalent required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a four year college or university or related equivalent experience preferred
