Sales Trader – Central America & Caribbean

Develop sales of animal proteins across Central America and the Caribbean by prospecting new customers and prioritizing direct commercial relationships with importers, distributors, wholesalers, processors, retailers, and foodservice companies. Activate existing business relationships to identify recurring and spot opportunities, then negotiate prices, volumes, specifications, payment terms, and other commercial conditions. Manage the full commercial cycle from prospecting and negotiation through shipment and post-sale follow-up while working closely with the international trading team on pricing, sourcing, credit, contracts, logistics, and execution. Monitor customer demand, market conditions, competitors, product availability, and pricing movements to maintain a structured commercial pipeline. Travel internationally according to commercial opportunities and business needs. This independent contractor role offers a monthly retainer plus performance-based commission, requires advanced or fluent Spanish and English proficiency, and is open to candidates with an established network in the region.
