Job Summary
Manage weekly deductions and Accounts Receivable for Sobeys CBT through Open Deduction reports, summary file preparation, and issue resolution. Partner with third-party contractors to drive efficiency via process improvement and responsive dialogue. Provide clear feedback through weekly National Accounts Receivable meetings and monthly presentations on Repayment and Invalid Trackers. Serve as the collections team point of contact for escalating unpaid invoices and resolving roadblocks regarding customer portals and payment issues. Collaborate with CBT CSMs and CBLs to review aging deductions, pricing variances, and unidentified items. This role supports the Sobeys Customer Business Team within Kraft Heinz, focusing on financial process accuracy and continuous improvement across customer transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Power BI
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SAP
- Demonstrated experience working with large data sets and multiple data points
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and deliver solutions
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Location: Toronto, ON
