Sales - Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary

Develop and manage sales activities for the assigned territory, defining target order intake and executing growth strategies for Everllence PrimeServ and Omnicare-3rd Party equipment solutions. Win new customers by developing 3rd Party Equipment solutions, registering products with end users, and fostering relationships from prospecting to closing. Negotiate contracts and service agreements while overseeing the sales budget and implementing marketing plans. Provide regional coordination between customers and headquarters, collect market intelligence, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews. Maintain accurate records, adhere to the Company Code of Conduct, and uphold Health & Safety guidelines while driving revenue and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
  • Commercial Background
  • 3-5 Years of sales or application engineering experience in the rotating equipment industry
  • Fluency in English
  • SAP
  • Demonstrated sales success, with complex sales, in the targeted regional market
  • Understand and gain knowledge about the Balance of Plant equipment, customer base and applicable sales processes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a high degree of customer satisfaction and intimacy orientation
  • Excellent skills set required in areas such as communication, contract negotiation, terms and conditions design, legal implications of terms and conditions and project management at the most senior level of customer
  • Strong networker, engaging, well aware of the local market and within MAN-ES
  • Sound interpersonal, presentation as well as intercultural skills and understanding
  • Very good coordination, organization and communication skills in a highly dynamic environment
  • Ability to uphold the highest ethical standards, high integrity
  • Results driven, ability to develop and retain key business, consultant and customer relationships
  • Ability to liaise and communicate at all levels in the business
  • Initiative and proactive approach combined with follow-up skills

Desired Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in aftermarket sales of turbomachinery and/or rotating equipment services
  • North America industrial market preferred
  • Desired experience in 3rd party turbomachinery and/or rotating equipment for North America oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical and fertilizer industry
  • Desired familiarity and practical knowledge in the application of the standard API 687
  • Additional languages
  • Physical Requirements: The majority of the time of this position requires operating in a typical office environment sitting at a desk and using telephones and personal computers
  • The ability to show confidence in the field while also willing to receive constructive feedback simultaneously
  • Interact with all levels of the company and customers
