Job Summary
Execute outside sales and territory management for the InCourage airway clearance therapy device, focusing on account management, new business development, and performance growth. Conduct total office sales calls, in-services, product demonstrations, and clinical evidence presentations to pulmonologists, while educating healthcare teams on Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance coverage criteria. Obtain medical record documentation for coverage and analyze data to target priority healthcare teams and manage call routing. Maintain a hunter mentality to overcome objections and change prescriber mindsets. This field role requires being on-site 90% of the time, with some overnights, and involves in-person work at customer locations. Base salary plus target incentive ranges from $133,000 to $153,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful direct field sales, clinical education or clinical sales support experience
- Ability to be in the field within your territory 90%
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent
- 7+ years of field sales experience
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently
- US work authorization
- Reside in or within commuting distance to Orange County, CA
Desired Qualifications
- Previous durable/home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent (preferred)
