Job Summary
Drive sales of all applicable disposable products and services in the assigned Orange County territory, advancing revenue and market position through customer relationship management and problem resolution. Manage activity, development, and launch-product goals with Clinical Specialist partners and Market Development Managers while tracking new and current company products. Partner with hospital and clinic contacts to discover new opportunities for product expansion, utilizing strong clinical acumen to present value propositions. Successfully manage assigned accounts, including business planning, budget management, and expense reporting, while developing leadership skills through collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and Training Department. This field role requires full-time presence at customer locations and resides within commuting distance to Orange County, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience including a successful track record in customer relationship and account management within the industry segment
- BA or BS in Business or similar field, or equivalent education/experience
- strong clinical and technical knowledge
- ability to effectively manage assigned accounts in terms of driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, business planning, successfully managing a budget and utilizing an expense reporting system
- reside in or within commuting distance to Orange County CA
- US work authorization (no sponsorship required)
