Job Summary
Drive membership sales for Stretch Zone by greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering calls, addressing member concerns, and promoting practitioner-assisted stretching. Own member retention through daily operation guidelines and consistent follow-ups, hitting sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and improving sales skills. Build a positive, professional culture with members and team; assist practitioners with cleaning and keep the studio clean (vacuuming, mopping, restroom upkeep); make 100+ calls daily to prospects. Training and development provided to support ongoing skill growth.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Proven sales experience or track record in professional sales (e.g., automotive, health club member acquisitions, telecommunications)
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Availability for specific shifts (including Sundays)
