Job Summary
Deliver friendly, fast checkout and assist customers in a Michaels store in Lisbon, CT. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, maintaining planograms, merchandise recovery, participating in SISO/AD sets, assisting with BOPIS and SFS processes, educating customers about rewards programs and VOC surveys, handling cash to standards, and cross-training in custom framing sales and production. Requires standing for long periods, ability to lift heavy items, and flexibility for evenings/weekends; minimum age 16+; benefits available for full-time/part-time team members.
