Sales Team Member

Greet customers and deliver best-in-class service while maintaining customer readiness standards by keeping the sales floor clean and stocked. Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items full, execute nightly department recovery through fronting and facing shelves, and assist with in-store price changes for regular, clearance, and sale items. Train on cash register functionality and promptly assist with running registers when customer demand requires. Support merchandise resets, visual display maintenance, housekeeping, and freight flow coordination. Promote the customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives. This role requires a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a high school diploma or GED preferred and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders.
