Sales Team Member

Greet customers and provide best-in-class service while maintaining endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items full and in stock. Keep the sales floor clean by managing shelves, rail tops, displays, and kick plates, then assist with in-store price changes for regular, clearance, and sale items. Execute nightly department recovery through fronting, facing, sweeping, cleaning, and critical product filling. Train on cash register functionality and assist with merchandise resets, visual display maintenance, and freight flow coordination. Promote the customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives. Requires a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; high school diploma or GED preferred with previous retail experience.
