Sales Team Member

Greet and acknowledge all customers while maintaining customer readiness standards by keeping the sales floor clean, including shelves, rail tops, displays, and kick plates. Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items full and in stock, then execute nightly recovery through fronting, facing shelves, sweeping, cleaning, and critical product filling. Assist with in-store price changes, merchandise resets, visual display maintenance, and freight flow coordination. Train on cash register functionality and assist with running the register when customer demand requires. Promote the customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives. This role requires a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a preference for previous retail experience.
