Sales Team Member

Greet and acknowledge all customers while providing best-in-class service and maintaining customer readiness standards by keeping the sales floor, shelves, displays, and kick plates clean. Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items full and in stock, execute nightly department recovery through fronting, facing, sweeping, and critical product filling, and assist with in-store price changes for regular, clearance, and sale items. Train on cash register functionality and promptly assist with running a register when customer demand requires. Support merchandise resets, visual display maintenance, housekeeping, and freight flow coordination. Promote the customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives. Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
