Job Summary
Sales Team Member at Fleet Farm delivering best-in-class customer service in an assigned area. duties include greeting customers, maintaining full stock on endcaps and displays, handling in-store price changes, nightly recovery of departments through fronting and cleaning, assisting with cash register duties as needed, merchandising resets and freight flow coordination, promoting Fleet Farm loyalty programs, and supporting overall store operations. Must maintain sales floor readiness, assist with visual displays, and be willing to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required
- Previous retail or related experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and climb ladders is required
