Job Summary
The Sales Team Member role focuses on delivering a positive, efficient customer experience in the assigned area. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining stock levels on endcaps and displays, performing in-store price changes, recovering the department by fronting shelves and cleaning, assisting with cash register operations, supporting merchandise resets and visual displays, coordinating freight flow, and promoting the Fleet Farm loyalty program and company initiatives. Candidates should be friendly, self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented, with a High School Diploma or GED preferred and the ability to work a flexible schedule, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders.
