Job Summary
As a Sales Team Member at Ashley Furniture, you will transform store guests into loyal customers by providing outstanding service, engaging with guests, and assisting them in finding home furnishings that reflect their style. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, resolving customer concerns, participating in inventory management, and achieving sales goals. The role requires effective communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, as well as flexibility in scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must maintain reliable attendance
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
