Job Summary
As a Sales Team Member at Ashley Furniture, you'll transform store guests into loyal customers, guiding them in creating inspirational spaces with our home furnishings. You will deliver world-class service, process sales orders, assist with customer financing, and support store operations, including cash handling and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred. You must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work flexible hours, incluing weekends and holidays.
