Job Summary
As a Sales Team Member, you will transform store guests into loyal customers by providing outstanding service and guiding them to make informed choices about Ashley’s home furnishings. Your responsibilities include processing sales orders, assisting customers with credit applications, addressing customer concerns, aiding in store operations, supporting inventory management, and meeting sales goals. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior customer service experience is preferred. You should be outgoing, able to work flexible hours, and have strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation

- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
