Job Summary
As a Sales Team Member, you will transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them in making selections of home furnishings that reflect their lifestyles. You will provide a welcoming presence at the store, deliver exceptional customer service, process sales orders, address customer concerns, aid in store operations, manage inventory, and work towards meeting sales goals. The role requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of customer service or sales experience is preferred. You must be legally authorized to work in the US and be at least 18 years old.

- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
