Job Summary
As a Sales Team Member, you will transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding and engaging them in their home furnishing journey. You'll provide outstanding customer service, process sales orders, handle credit applications and financing, support inventory management, and meet sales goals. The role requires a friendly and outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US, at least 18 years old, and preferably hold a high school diploma.

- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
