Job Summary
As a Sales Team Member at Ashley Furniture, you will transform store guests into loyal customers by providing outstanding service and creating an inspiring shopping experience. You will guide customers in selecting home furnishings, process sales orders, address customer concerns, support inventory management, and meet sales goals. Ideal candidates possess customer service skills, a high school diploma, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays, are required.
