Job Summary
As a Sales Team Member, you will engage with store guests, guiding them to discover styles that reflect their lives and helping them design their spaces. The role involves providing outstanding customer service, processing sales orders, addressing customer concerns, and supporting inventory management. You should be outgoing and friendly, with a passion for customer satisfaction. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with customer service or sales experience. Flexibility in working hours is essential.
Required Qualifications

- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
