Job Summary
As a Sales Team Member at Ashley Furniture, you will transform store guests into loyal customers by providing outstanding service and maintaining a professional presence. You will guide guests in their product selections, process sales orders, and address customer concerns. Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Team members must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and must be legally authorized to work in the US.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excitement by developing and sharing fresh ideas
