Job Summary
As a Sales Team Member at Ashley Furniture, you will provide outstanding customer service, process sales orders, assist with credit applications, and address customer concerns. You will support store opening and closing activities, managing inventory practices, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. This role requires a friendly and outgoing personality, the ability to inspire customers, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service or sales experience. This position includes a paid training period and eligibility for performance incentives and bonuses.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
