Job Summary
In the Sales Team Member role, you will transform store guests into loyal customers, providing outstanding service and creating excitement around Ashley's products. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, addressing customer concerns, supporting inventory management, and meeting sales goals. A minimum of a high school diploma is preferred, along with at least one year of customer service or sales experience. The position requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to create inspiring customer interactions. The compensation includes an hourly wage during training and incentives based on sales performance.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
