Job Summary
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales and lead generators to produce quality sales opportunities for the company; monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity to ensure sales quotas and KPIs are achieved; provide the team with call data, reports, insights to support their performance; track, manage, and maintain the sales opportunities throughout the pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions; assist with sales reporting, data management, and day-to-day sales operations; foster a positive, goal-driven, and accountable team environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Team Manager, or similar role in a BPO setting or fast-paced environment
- Experience in lead generation, sales coordination, or sales operations is required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Results-oriented and capable of motivating a team to achieve targets
- Work Setup: Onsite โ Angeles City, Pampanga; Night Shift; Monday to Friday
