Job Summary
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of licensed insurance sales professionals while monitoring performance to improve production and close rates. Conduct regular coaching sessions, training, and performance reviews, and lead by example through personal sales production and customer engagement. Work with prospective customers to provide quotes, recommend coverage, and close new business. Foster a positive, goal-oriented culture focused on teamwork and accountability, ensuring agency processes, compliance standards, and customer service expectations are consistently met. Help recruit, onboard, and develop future sales talent while tracking team metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency and performance improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance license

- Previous insurance sales experience with a strong record of success
