Job Summary
Drive store sales and profitability by leading a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve key metric goals. Develop associates in effective selling techniques, execute successful store events, and maintain an attractive sales floor. Demonstrate ownership in achieving store objectives by inspiring the team to build genuine relationships, provide personalized service, and perform customer outreach. Collaborate with operations to support floor sets, replenishment, and inventory accuracy while ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols. Set clear priorities, conduct meaningful coaching conversations, and champion continuous training initiatives to ensure associate readiness. Manage recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding to build a ready-now bench of talent. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with monthly bonus eligibility for this exempt position.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Retail Leadership experience
- dedication to customer experience excellence
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Ability to successfully apply analytics, experience, and judgement to make timely and effective business, people, and profitability decisions
