Sales Team Leader

Job Summary
Team Leader for the inbound sales group, responsible for guiding a 10-person sales team, recruiting and onboarding new members, coaching to improve selling skills, and setting and enforcing both quantitative and qualitative sales goals. You will optimize sales processes in a data-driven environment, provide regular feedback and development plans, and actively participate in selling to keep the team anchored to performance. The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking to define key metrics, and the ability to work with Polish clients within an international, English-speaking context. The position offers remote work with the option to work from the Warsaw office, employment type (full-time or B2B), competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses, and additional benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful tele-sales experience (ideally SaaS)
- 1+ year of experience leading a sales team (preferably outbound/tele-sales)
- English language proficiency at least B2
