Sales Team Leader to oversee and drive the sales team’s performance, develop sales strategies, coach the team, monitor KPIs, and ensure achievement of sales targets; requires strong leadership, customer-focused mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Skills include leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office, fluency in English, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
