Job Summary
The Sales Team Leader will manage a small team of Sales Consultants, handling a customer pipeline while supporting team performance and growth. The role requires proven phone-based sales success, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to mentor and develop team members. A strategic thinker with a desire for long-term leadership growth and experience in B2C sales, particularly in relevant industries, is ideal. Additionally, proficiency in Excel and CRM tools is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in a phone-based sales role with high conversion rates
- 2-3 years of B2C sales experience
- Demonstrated interest or experience in team support, mentoring, or leadership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel for sales reporting and tracking
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in rideshare, mobility, automotive, or subscription industries
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Additional Requirements
- Able to work alternate Saturdays (with a day off in lieu)
