Sales Team Leader

Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets, monitoring and evaluating individual and team performance through KPIs and regular feedback sessions. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute acquisition and retention strategies while ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and conversions in the CRM system. Handle escalated client issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This role supports Seena Pay's mission to simplify commerce across the GCC and MENA region by empowering businesses to manage and scale their operations through a unified merchant operating system.
