Lead and drive the performance of a real estate sales team. Set sales strategies, monitor team performance, coach sales agents, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Maintain strong client relationships, analyze market trends, and support the team to achieve consistent growth and high performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ year experience in Real Estate as a team leader
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Excellent MS Office user
- Must have a car
