Job Summary
Sales Team Leader role across Ireland (based in Dublin or Cork with travel to Belfast) leading Reps in field activations at shopping centres, food festivals, and dog shows. You’ll coach, set targets, analyze performance data, and coordinate activations with the Regional Manager to ensure a strong local presence. Expect hands-on leadership in the field, driving a high-performing team, and personal sales leadership tied to an uncapped management commission alongside your own sales commissions. Travel nationwide with a base pay around €31,200 per year and a substantial earnings potential via commissions; must have a full driving licence and be able to work across Ireland. Must be experienced in F2F sales, capable of motivating a team, and comfortable using performance data to drive improvement. A strong passion for dogs and dog-focused pet food is preferred, with commitment to the company mission and an inclusive, high-energy work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in face-to-face sales
- Significant experience in sales leadership and coaching
- Ability to lead and develop a field-based team
- Willingness to travel across Ireland
- Full clean driving licence and access to a car
- Right to work in the UK/EU (visa restrictions noted)
