Job Summary
Lead the Sales and Information Line teams in Lithuania by establishing daily management routines, KPIs, and performance monitoring while actively using AI for analysis and team coaching. Improve sales approaches, scripts, and objection handling based on actual performance data to drive conversion and productivity. Build a scalable operation that creates efficient cooperation between teams and implements automation to support business growth. Translate performance gaps into concrete actions and set high expectations for a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
