Job Summary
Lead a sales team in industrial automation in Türkiye, defining sales targets and metrics, identifying opportunities, negotiating key contracts, and supporting achievement of sales volume and product mix targets. Drive customer surveys and actions to ensure high customer satisfaction; monitor and manage risks in contracts including cybersecurity; develop and review sales processes, provide training and development for teams, and coach/mentor high-performing teams to improve organizational effectiveness and execution.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in industrial automation
- senior leader in a similar role
- engineering degree in electronics or mechatronics or equivalent
- Turkish language proficiency
- business fluent in English
