Job Summary
Mentor and develop your team to consistently achieve sales goals within a constantly evolving environment. Lead daily huddles and weekly meetings to communicate purpose, progress, and celebrated successes. Demonstrate ownership of customer interactions and promote five crucial behaviors of care daily. Assist guides in learning to consult and empower customers during phone interactions. Communicate performance trends and voice of the customer to all levels of care leadership. Requires minimum of 1+ years of sales supervisor experience, proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication skills in English and a local language.
