Job Summary
Sales leadership role in Paytm’s Dairy vertical: responsible for end-to-end sales and representing the brand, from initial lead outreach to final purchase. Manages relationships with customers as the key point of contact, drives channel and distribution growth, and leverages Excel and data tools to monitor metrics and incentives. Must have prior channel sales experience with a 5-member sales team managed, and be adept at understanding distribution expansion and performance metrics. Expected to collaborate across teams to improve revenue through cross-sell opportunities and merchant engagement in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
